Our Policies: No Returns, Refunds with Conditions

Once your order arrives, we can't accept any returns.
Refunds at Our Mom's Memory are possible in certain cases:
If the item is out of stock and you've already paid.
If the item was damaged when delivered. You may need to provide a photo.
If the item went missing during shipping and never reached you.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, for any reason. We may ask for more details to process your order. You'll be informed if your order or a part of it is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, you'll get the refund in 5-7 business days.
